Our signature dishes have been favorites for many years, and have much diversity. They include our fried quail with southern style gravy, Five Star crab cake with dill tartar sauce, and our famous pheasant salad.
After dinner, we encourage you to retire to the Game Room, the Hearth Room, or visit our Rock Garden where you can relax with an after dinner drink and a cigar from Five Star’s humidor.

The Wine Cellar at Five Star has one goal…to enhance the experiences lived and to ensure it will always have the finest vintages available. With over 900 bottles available to our members and their guests, it redefines the word “selection”.
By the way….it is rumored our wine cellar carries the largest collection of Opus One
